Community Service

For Saint Jude students, the spirit of giving is instilled from kindergarten and continued through eighth grade graduation.

Celebrate Service Club

The Celebrate Service Club is a group or 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who volunteer their time to do community service projects. The club is was formed as a part of the 2009 Catholic School's week "Celebrate Service" theme. There are not about 30 members strong and meet every Tuesday after school.

As service members we have already done some great things in this club.

• Wrapped Gift Boxes for Christmas Show
• Cleaned Closets and Storage Room
• Repacked Christmas Show Materials and Decorations
• Assisted Sister Katherine with other tasks that needed to be done throughout the school

Catholic Schools Week

Catholic Schools Week is celebrated nationally. The theme for Catholic Schools week 2010 celebrates Catholic schools and their committment to community service.

Our annual Open House is scheduled during Catholic Schools Week.
